Shocker Lizard Double lists improved initiative

I generate a random CR 12 monster, and I get this link:

It seems to pick up improved initiative twice when linked to directly, but not when randomly generated. No idea why.

You found a tricky one here. It appears to be a generic bug in the way I rebuild a creature from a link. It happens when you rebuild an advanced creature from the url when the the creature can have more feats than it is assigned. (Since it isn't properly checking whether the feat can even be legitimately applied twice it just adds it to the creature's feat progression if it has the room). In reality, it probably should just treat the url as the full feat progression rather than adding to its default list. (This way if you wanted to alter the url manually to add your own feats you could.)
