On the generators, there are no means to alter the statistics of an "average" monster. Being I run a high-power game, though unintentionally, I sometimes need to jack up monster stats a good tad.
Also, adding the epic level monsters and templates would be welcome, as would additional options like "Maximized HP/level" and other options like that.

Normally you can do stat alteration via the Main Monster Advancer application. The table where you select the creature works like an excel spreadsheet (you can click on a cell and change the stat). This isn't ideal and I seem to have partially broken it several releases ago. I will get this fixed.
(It will also work MUCH better with the new interface which allows full stat rolling and assignment control).
If you are building creatures without gear you can use the URL-based stat assignment. The URL-linkable creatures currently support hd, size, classes, templates, stats and feats.
The quickened generator also applies the "elite" stat array by default when you add a class to the creature. (15,14,13,12,10,8)
If none of this is currently any help, I apologize. I hope the new interface won't be too much longer and it will make all your wildest dreams come true.

Looking forward to it. You don't get enough appreciation for this program.

I fixed the problem where altering the stats in the main monster advancer application has no affect. If you change the stat in the table it now properly applies that stat to the creature.

In case people hadn't noticed, the links for creatures now also have their base stats displayed. Most creatures use 10, 10,10,11,11,11 as their base array while ones with class levels are auto-upgraded to 15,14,13,12,10,8 --these are also reassigned to various stats based on what class was picked.
You can always go to the linked creature page and then simply alter the url to have the stat you want.
So, while not completely user-friendly, it is another way to get the stats you want. The new user interface (which will be coming in the next couple months) allows for full stat customization, rolling and assignment so you will be able to tinker to your heart's content.
